Payment terms
You can pay for the treatment in advance online, on-site (cash and card), or through the E-passi.
Cancellation policy
You can cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge if you do so at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged the full price and will not be refunded.
Late Arrivals
Late arrivals deduct from the client’s reserved time, and the full amount will be charged.
Confidentiality Agreement
As a professional, I am bound by confidentiality
Under 18s
The services, such as Life Coaching is intended for adults. Clients under 18 must have parental consent.

Don’t come to a massage if you have any of these:
- Infections such as the flu or fever: Like during any illness, massage can spread infection to others, so it’s best to avoid it when you’re sick.
- Infectious skin conditions : Massage should be avoided if you have an infectious skin condition that can spread through contact.
- Serious circulatory problems: If you have serious circulatory problems, massage can worsen the situation.
- Skin injuries: Massage is not recommended for open wounds or injuries as it can cause infections or increase discomfort.
- Inflammatory conditions: Inflammatory diseases may worsen with massage.
- Cancer treatment: Massage is not recommended without a doctor’s approval if you’re experiencing side effects from cancer treatment.
With these terms, clarity and fairness are ensured for both the service provider and the client. All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Thank you for your understanding.

Älä tule hierontaan, jos sinulla on näitä:
- Infektioita kuten flunssa tai kuume: Kuten minkä tahansa sairauden aikana, hieronta voi levittää infektiota muille, joten on parasta välttää sitä ollessasi sairas.
- Tarttuvia ihosairauksia: Hierontaa tulee välttää, jos sinulla on tarttuva ihosairaus, joka voi levitä kosketuksen kautta.
- Vakavia verenkiertohäiriöitä: Jos sinulla on vakavia verenkiertohäiriöitä, hieronta voi pahentaa tilannetta.
- Ihovaurioita: Hierontaa ei suositella avoimille haavoille tai vammoille, koska se voi aiheuttaa infektioita tai lisätä epämukavuutta.
- Tulehduksellisia tiloja: Tulehdukselliset sairaudet voivat pahentua hieronnasta.
- Syövän hoito: Hieronta ei ole suositeltavaa ilman lääkärin lupaa, jos koet haittavaikutuksia syövän hoidosta.
